The addition of the Fellowship Hall in 2009 has been a tremendous blessing to the church and the community, and that part of our facility is getting used nearly every day for a wide variety of activities.  We have hosted Worship Services, Vacation Bible Schools, Dance and Exercise Classes, Wedding and Anniversary Receptions, Training Events, Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners.  While we are enjoying the use of the Hall, we must also address the financial aspects of having it.  The monthly mortgage is an obligation of $10,171, we have had an average income to the building fund of $8400.

First, we thank God that the church is able to give in the way that it does, and we still in a healthy financial position to meet out obligation.  Secondly, while are not in a crisis or emergency, we will not be able to sustain this deficit indefinitely.  We must make this a matter of prayer and reflection, as we discern the Lord’s plan for us as a church, and for each of us individually.  Please prayerfully consider your personal giving to the Building Fund, whether monthly, annually, or a one-time gift.  Together, as each one of us does what we are able to do, we can and will eliminate the debt, and enjoy our facility for the future.
